one little word | august update
at the beginning of the year, i have chosen balance as my one little word. i fell off the wagon after a month or so but it’s time to HOP BACK ON.
i got my Fitbit Flex in mid may and have been wearing it all day to track my activity level. to be honest, i was shocked to figure that on average, i only got around 4,000 steps on weekdays and 8,000 steps on weekend days.
it’s obvious that i sit way too much.
because of this, i pushed myself to walk more in july and set my daily goals to 6,000. i did pretty well and missed only a few days. so in august, i decided to get myself moving even more. my goal is getting 10,000 steps daily.
